This article will help you login to MB Request, the new IT Service Management.
First, go to https://www.baudouinrequest.com/support/home and click on "SIGN IN":
You will be redirected to the login screen.
Type in your login and password in the form, tick "Remember me on this computer" if you want, and confirm by clicking on the "Login" button.
Please note that the login associated to your password respects the following pattern : [first letter of your first name].[your last name]@baudouin.com.
For example, our test user John Smith's login is [email protected]
You will be redirected to the Home Screen. You can check that you are correctly logged in by clicking on your profile picture : your full name should be displayed in the pop-up as suggested below:
