This article will help you to view articles published in the knowledge base. These articles may give you information to solve basic problems or provide useful tips on various softwares.

First of all, be sure that you are logged in MB Request. On the Home screen, you have two possibilities to access the knowledge base:


  1. Click on "Solutions" tab in the blue header
  2. Click on "Browse Solutions" among the useful links



The MB - Public Knowledge Base is now displayed. You may find every articles published, they are divided into categories such as MB - Teams or MB - Printers. Click on an article to view it; if the article was useful to solve your problems, please let us know by click on the "Yes" or "No" button at the bottom of each article.

You are now able to browse through the knowledge base.
