This article will guide you through the process of creating a service ticket.
Please note that Service requests are subjected to validation. You will be notified if your request has been approved or rejected.
A service ticket must be submitted in the following situations:
- You want to request IT hardware, software or accessories
- You want to request a new solution
- You want to initiate a new employee on-boarding (Human Ressources request)
- You want to request Baudouin Asset Management (Marketing)
- You want to request a Weichai account (PDM or Box)
First of all, you must login to Fresh Service. If you do not know how to login, please visit [ENG] Login to MB Request.
Once you are on MB Request Home screen, you have two possibilities (see below):
- Click on "Service Catalog" tab in the blue header
- Click on the "Request New Service" link
You will be redirected to the Service Catalog page.
- Services are divided into various categories that you can see on the left. Clicking on a category will display every service it contains at the center of the screen.
- Click on the service you want to request. Hover the cursor on a service will display a red button "Request" that has the same purpose.
You are redirected to the Service form you selected.
According to the Service requested, you may need to provide additional details with dropdown lists.
You may also place your request for someone else and ; just tick the box "Request for someone else" and type its email (@baudouin.com)
Click on the "Place Request" red button to create your ticket.
You will be redirected to the newly created ticket.
