This article will guide you through the process of creating an incident ticket.
An incident ticket must be submitted when a problem concerning IT is occurring.
First of all, you must login to Fresh Service. If you do not know how to login, please visit [ENG] Login to MB Request
Once you are on MB Request Home Screen, you have two possibilities (see below):
- Click on the "New ticket" button in the blue header
- Click on the "Report an Incident" link
You will be redirected to the incident ticket form.
Complete the form thanks to the dropdown list and the text fields. Keep in mind that the more details you give, the faster your problem will be solved.
Once you have finished, click on the submit button at the bottom of the form. The IT Support team will be notified of your ticked and will do its best to resolve it as soon as possible.
You will also receive an email notifying you that your ticket has been acknowledged.
Once the ticket is created, you will be redirected to its page, where you and the IT support team will interact.
