When adding a line to a sales order, the price is zero and the price list is not automatically retrieved.



👉 Below are the checks to perform to resolve the issue.



✅ Step 1: Check the Order Type Pricing Setup (OIS010)

  1. Go to OIS010

  2. Enter the Order Type

  3. Press Ctrl + 2 (Change)

  4. Go to Screen I – Pricing

  5. Check that the pricing setup is correctly configured



➡️ If everything is correct, proceed to the next step.



✅ Step 2: Check the Price List and Item Prices (OIS017)

  1. Go to OIS017

  2. Enter the Price List (example: D1)

  3. Select the active price list

  4. Press Ctrl + 11

Checks to perform:

  • The price list exists

  • The relevant items are included

  • The price is populated



➡️ If everything is correct, continue.



✅ Step 3: Check Customer Price List Selection (OIS831)

  1. Go to OIS831

  2. Check the following fields:

    • Price List: D1 (example)

    • Customer Number

Possible case:

  • No selection exists → it must be created

Create the price list selection:

  1. Click on the “+” icon in the top toolbar

  2. Enter the required price list (example: D1)

  3. Click Next

  4. The price list selection is created




🔁 Step 4: Final Test in the Sales Order

  1. Return to OIS300

  2. Open the sales order

  3. Try adding the item again

Expected result:
The price is automatically retrieved from the price list.
