In DRP PO linked order, if the launching of the PO is blocked :
1 / Check the warning message :
- Reach the MWS150 : Supply Chain of the order
- Select the line with the issue that is still in Firm (250) status then Display (Ctrl+5)
- At the bottom, there is the Warning message box where you will find the error code
- The list of the warnings is available is you click in the box and press F1
2 / Fix the warning message :
With the help of supply team and Item manager, fix the error of the warning message
3 / Release the line from the error :
- Once the issue is fixed, reach MWS150 - Supply Chain, select the line (in status Firm (250)) and click on Change (Ctrl+2)
- Click on Action / Check Errors (F16)
The Warning message disappears.
Return to the main page (MWS150)
4 / Launch the line in the PO :
As usual, Click on Action / Release All to launch the PO
The ones with the error message will be on a new PO if a PO was previously created.
