L’utilisation d’une double authentification pour la connexion VPN est obligatoire.
Celle-ci devra être paramétrée sur votre smartphone pour avoir le code à usage unique OTP. Nous vous conseillons d’utiliser une application du type Microsoft Authenticator (recommandé), Google Authentificator, OpenOTP ou autre.
La première étape consiste à récupérer le QR code pour votre application d’authentification.
Se connecter sur le site https://vpn.moteurs-baudouin.fr
ATTENTION : depuis un réseau externe à celui de la société.
S’identifier avec son compte habituel (NOM_P). Un QR Code devrait apparaitre.
Le scanner avec votre application (Microsoft Authenticator) dédiée sur votre smartphone.
Entrer le code qui s’affiche sur votre application et valider, l’enrôlement sera alors terminé.
A noter que ce code QR n’apparaitra qu’à la première connexion, une fois l’enrôlement fait il ne s’affichera plus.
L’enrôlement terminé vous pouvez maintenant utiliser votre connexion VPN.
Lancer votre client VPN Stormshield, celui-ci se situe en bas à droite
Adresse du firewall ci-dessous, S’identifier avec son compte habituel (NOM_P)
Cocher la case « Utiliser une authentification multifacteur » et entrer le code se trouvant sur votre application de double authentification avant de valider. Vous êtes connecté.

You must use the multifactor authentification (MFA) to use the VPN
A smartphone is necessary to get the OTP code which allow the VPN connection.
The program we recommand is Microsoft Authenticator, however Google Authentificator, OpenOTP or other OTP programs will also work.
The 1st step is to install the OTP program on your mobile phone.
Then you need your QR code from the firewall.
On your computer, please connect to the site: https://vpn.moteurs-baudouin.fr
ATTENTION : you must be connected on a personal network.
The step describe bellow won't work from the Moteurs-Baudouin network, MB_Internal / MB_Guests etc.
Identify with your usual login information : Name_1st letter of your surname.
A QR Code will appear :
You need to scan the QR from the authentification application on your mobile phone.
The authentification program will then add the Stormshield security on your mobile phone.
An OTP code will appear on your phone (ex: 123 456 ) , you need to enter the code on the web page.
This will tconclude this step.
Please note that the QR code will only appear the 1st time you're adding the authentification to your mobile phone.
> If you change mobile phone, the IT department will have to clear the entry on the firewall. Create a ticket to request this action.
Now your enrolment is finish, you can use the VPN
VPN client Stormshield is installed on your computer, click on the icon is in the bottom right corner :
in the firewall address please enter:
vpn.moteurs-baudouin.fr
Identification: your usual login information : Name_1st letter of your surname.
The password is the same password that you use on your computer.
Tick the box: Use authentification method and enter the OTP code from the mobile phone authentification program.
On the 1st try, you will get a message : Certificat has been installed on this computer.
Wait 30 seconds for the OTP number to change on your mobile phone and enter the new OTP number.
The VPN will now connect.
Please note that the VPN is a security system and that any Wi-Fi / ISP / internet issue from your computer to the office will disconnect the VPN.
Wi-Fi issue might be created if you're too far from your home router.
ISP issues if your internet line lose internet access can be resolve by rebooting the internet box.
Internet issue is usualy the result of a faulty server or equipment which form the internet connections. There is no possibility for you to detect the issue, this is usually resolve by the operator of the say internet link.
If you notice that your VPN connection keep on disconnect, you can try to use your mobile phone shared access.
