In order steps to follow to delete/inactivate an User in M3 CloudSuite : 

In Infor M3 : 

1) Change the alias into pages : 

    - CRS610 Clients

    - CRS620 Suppliers

    - Items : MMS001, MMS002, MMS003

    - PDS001 Product Structures

    - PPS100 Contracts

2) Delete user (Sales account) in CRS100

3) Delete user from PPS235 Purchase Authority (Need Admin rights -> QTSA)

4) Delete Roles of the user (alias) in MNS410

5) Inactivate the user in MNS150

In OS : 

6) In Security/Users : inactivate the user

7) In ION / Monitors&Workflows / Business Rules / Createur : Delete user of USER and CREATOR

8) If implicated in Workflows, replace the user into the workflow  : (To be done during out of office time)

      - Inactivate the Activation Policies (OS/ION/Monitors&Workflows/Active Activation Policies)

      - Inactivate the workflow, make the change, save the workflow

      - Reactivate the workflow

      - Reactivate the Activation Policies
