It is possible to add a custom background to your camera during video call and meetings.
Please note that due to hardware restrictions, MAC computers manufactured before 2014 cannot use this feature.


There is two possibility to change your background :


  1. Before a meeting (in the "waiting room")

    • Toggle on your camera and click on "Background filters"




    • A panel appears on the right. Click on any background to apply effect immediately.

  2. During a phone call (1v1) or a meeting


    • Click on the 3-dots at the top of your screen ("More options") :




    • Select "Apply backgrounds effects" :





    • A panel appears on the right. Click on any background to apply effect immediately.



The Marketing Service has created two Baudouins' backgrounds to represent the company. To use them, do the following (if they are not already available at the bottom of the backgrounds list) :


  • In the background settings panel, click on "+ Add new" :




  • A file browser opens up. Copy paste the following address in the address bar (not the research field !) :

    \\haddock\login$\TeamsBackground








  • Click on any file to use it as a background.
